Samsung Donates A Solar Powered Internet School To Learners In Mpumalanga

Samsung Electronics South Africa, delivered  a Solar Powered Internet School (SPIS) to the Chief SW Nhlapho Secondary School in Dundonald, Mpumalanga.

The Executive Mayor of Chief Albert Luthuli Municipality, Ms B.P. Shiba, attended the SPIS handover ceremony today, along with the Department of Education’s acting District Director, Mr P.P. Magagula and Head of Corporate Citizenship at Samsung Electronics South Africa, Mr Pitso Kekana.

Samsung to live stream Galaxy S6 event at MWC15

Samsung has today announced that it will live stream at the Mobile World Conference 2015.

Wherever you are, you will be able to tune in to see what Samsung has in store for their latest Galaxy collection.

So far, Samsung has been offering glimpses and teasers of Samsung’s newest devices.

The sneak peeks of Samsung products leading up to the event have been shots of the Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge, someone leaking demo model shots of the Galaxy S6.

Google acquires .app web domain for $25m

Internet giant Google has purchased the website domain .app in an auction held by the organisation which oversees the running of the net. Google's winning bid was $25,001,000 (£16,234,000) and is so far highest.
